Paper Submission

Both research and industry track papers are solicited. All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format. The submitted manuscripts must describe original work not previously published and not concurrently submitted elsewhere. Submissions must be no more than 6 pages in the IEEE conference proceedings format (two-column, single-space). Each paper is peer-reviewed by the program committee members, and the authors are notified of either "accepted for a long presentation", "accepted for a short presentation", or "reject". Note that authors of a short presentation do not need to shorten the paper itself. The conference proceedings will be submitted for inclusion to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®.

The authors should submit their papers through the submission web page at EasyChair.

The reviews are single-blinded. The names and affiliations of the authors are visible to the reviewers via Paper Management System.

No Show Policy:
For each accepted paper, one of the author(s) is required to register and attend the conference to present the work. If he/she does not give a talk at the conference, the paper will *NOT* be included in IEEE Xplore nor EI indexed. Any alternative arrangements require approval by the chairs.
See the IEEE Computer Society Paper Submission Policies for more details.

Poster Submission

The NVMSA 2023 poster session provides an opportunity to present early-stage work and receive feedback from not only non-volatile memory systems community but also the real-time/embedded system community from RTCSA co-located with the conference. Both research and industry presentations are solicited. The poster session will be held with the welcome reception. NVMSA 2023 seeks the presentations in the same areas described in Call for Papers.

Submissions have at most 2 pages of technical content, including all text figures, tables, appendices, references, etc. The submitted extended abstracts are subject to single-blind reviews. The extended abstract is formatted according to the IEEE conference paper guidelines, and published in the NVMSA 2023's proceedings.

Please submit your poster for NVMSA via the RTCSA submission site. Please select the "NVMSA 2023 Poster" track after clicking "make a new submission".
